NETWORK FACILITATOR

Are you someone who thinks laterally to find solutions to a problem? Can you see the cup as half full because you focus on ability, not disability? Do you believe in the dignity of each individual and their right to a good life? Do you have your own community connections, and appreciate their importance to a full and rounded life? If so, you may be the person PlanNET is looking for, as we are currently receiving applications for the position of NETWORK FACILITATOR.

A Network Facilitator’s role is to build and nurture a circle of friends around a person with a disability or health issue. It is a casual position, with flexible hours between 5 – 20 per month, including weekend and after hours work. A Network Facilitator draws together people in the life of the individual, thus providing opportunity for relationships to develop.

PlanNET is a family-based organisation, created to build and maintain circles of friendship around vulnerable people. Our member families are spread throughout the metropolitan area. If you would like to learn more about this position, please contact us.
